         <description><![CDATA[<div>Theory and hypothesis are important for scientific facts.&nbsp;Also they are both testable, and&nbsp;might&nbsp;not happen 100 %.&nbsp;Their differences are that hypothesis is usually based on very limited data. However theory is based on a very wide set of data tested under various circumstances. Also theory is proved scientifically but hypothesis isn't.</div>]]></description>
