The Assignment Rubic in my opinon is one of the best tools to use. Why? Because if you need to know if you have the required items on your assignment? And you want to make sure your correct? Then this tool would be the best choice :)

I use the rubric a lot when I'm doing my assignments because they tell me what is required and also help me to go over my work. I also really like the teacher written feedback because if I didn't do well I'll know what I need to redo and what I did well on.
