I'm hoping to explore ways to engage the group with more direct sharing/examples to balance what the IG has included with A LOT of reading. I started to explore this last virtual week and am continuing this idea from my conversations with Nori. Also interested in making sure I prioritize energizers even when the time is feeling tight.

-Alicia

My goal is always to present with confidence (especially in the virtual setting), but also I am focusing on pacing. I want to be sure I give participants enough time for thinking and sharing with each other, but also to move the course along to stay on time. I need to remember to use that timer!

This is my first solo presenting experience! I am looking forward to becoming more familiar with the virtual version of this workshop and exploring the best setup for me to provide the best possible experience for participants (dual monitor, etc.).

-Keith

The TCC-MTSS Workshop is newly created and being taught for the first time. I am hoping that participants will embrace the content as I share it, with me being as supportive as I can with wherever the participants approach the content with their diverse experiences and any skepticism and/or pushback that arises.

– I am also hoping that I can fit all the content in with the time given. On Day One, there are 90 slides. Keeping good pacing and engagement!

-Araliza

With these being all new courses, my goal is to focus on the direct presentations and pull out from the IGs the essential ideas and points to hit so I can speak with brevity and clarity.
