When the bend occurs, the note starts as a F# to a G# which is a tone bend. in the slide, the note goes from a D to an E which is another tone. There are also various examples of vibrato in this piece, for example the first bend when you ascend to the A.

It repeats three times and the third time it repeats it is played on a lower string making it sound like its moving. There are multiple triplets in the melody, not just at the end of the piece. It is on the third repeat of the phrase, with and arpeggio with B, C# and D. The 4th bar also contains a triplet with a different arpeggio with B, D, E and F# creating an E9 chord. For the key-change, the melody descend to an F# which would be the 3rd in the scale of D. As a transition from the key-change the melody does another arpeggio from A#, C#, E and F#, this could be an A# diminished chord with the added F#. It then repeats the original melody, ending on a chromatic triplet from C, C# and ending on D.

On the 8th bar there is a quarter note triplet that follows the C C# and D. also on the 3rd bar there is another quarter note triplet just before the key change.
