This sport has the same concept as squash but does not use a racket. Wallball only requires gloves, a wall and a ball. This sport can be played using only both hands.

There are a few modifications can be made in this sport:

Wall Surface - Uses a better and slightly wider wall surface to change the bounce and speed of the ball.

For example, using textured walls, padded surfaces or walls with slight angles can add a new dimension to the game, making it more challenging and interesting. These variations can also help players develop better control and adaptability.

Using Technology - Use sensors and smart technology to create an automated scoring system. Smart technology can help tracks ball movement and accurately records points.

Today's rhythmic gymnastics session was really fun. The unique combination of energetic movement and the use of apparatus creates an environment full of joy and enthusiasm. Everyone's positive energy and dedication to learning made the experience not only educational but also a lot of fun. It's amazing because there are some skills that can be done even if learned in a short time. I'm seeing progress and a slight increase in confidence compared to last week.

This was my first experience to do group rhythmic gymnastics in a small competition. Watching everyone engage with such passion and skill brought a wave of happiness to the atmosphere. The energy was contagious, and the smiles on the participants' faces showed how much fun they were having. It was truly an exhilarating experience, leaving everyone with a sense of accomplishment and exhilaration. Each group tries to do their best according to the passionately chosen music. In addition, my group became the champion of today's mini competition.

I really enjoyed my second week of learning tennis through the mini games, and it made me feel very happy and motivated to improve my skills. In this week, I was more excited because there were mini games at the end of the class and thankfully because I and the group won the championship for this activity. I also learned additional skills this week about tennis which made me more confident to play tennis for the coming days.

My feelings today are very mixed between happy and sad because this is the last presentation for the class, semester and myself as a degree student. However, I am quite grateful for this last presentation because I was able to give my best with the other group members. I am also happy because the purpose of the learning content can also be well conveyed to the students. I am happy because the students cooperated well throughout the class and all the objectives were achieved well. The comments received throughout the class were also positive.
