I would say this comes naturally. It is doing the right thing when no one is watching. It is mostly about togetherness as well. You have to know how to collaborate with others. As well as strengthen them in the process.</div>]]></description>

It lets others know that you are self assured about your confidence but without aggression. It is mainly the ability to defend your position and to say "NO". It is important as a leader to overcome a curtain fear and speak your mind about a topic. In addition respecting the person's boundaries as well.</div>]]></description>

This trait is important because having your original ideas that could be presented and modified is a huge part of being a leader. Also being able to generate a new method or product to something that has already been created is essential. There is no effective leader if there are not any extraordinary ideas to share. This trait can positively influence others as well. There would be a humble set of brains prepared to organize and present their plans for the future.</div>]]></description>

When it comes to these requirements I am force to be reckoned with. I feel as if in a group and as being a leader, everyone needs to contribute. I will always allow everyone to bring their voice to the table. There would not be a decision if it wasn't from the people organizing the plan.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>that I can be soft when it comes to telling people what to do. I would say that I am not the most authoritative person when it comes to leadership. I am very passive aggressive. I completely despise conflict / confrontation. It takes some internal confidence in order for me to tell someone what they are doing wrong and how they need to fix it in the future. I don't like embarrassing others. It makes me feel like the bad guy. This is a major improvement I have to make. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree with my leadership style based off of the survey that I have taken. I believe in making decisions, there should always be someone who agrees or disagrees. There should always be multiple voices for the decision. Every group member should participate and provide their own input on the subject. That would be the best method for modifications and improvements for the future.</div>]]></description>
