Tumbling- Tumbling is a form of gymnastics that requires athletes to use their bodies to flip, twist, roll and jump.
Stunting- Stunts are defined as building performances displaying a person's skill or dexterity. Stunting in cheerleading has been previously referred to as building pyramids. Stunts range from basic two-legged legged stunts, to one-legged extended stunts, and high flying basket tosses.

One of my goals since I was in Elementary school was to be a collegiate cheerleader. That dream has come true. My freshman year of college I made the Tyler Junior Cheerleading squad and cheered there for one year. Then, I transferred to TAMUC and made the cheerleading squad and cheered on the team this year for one year.
