         <title>Slow Shutter Speed</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Slow shutter speed is where the camera shutter opens and has been set to capture everything within the frame in a certain amount of seconds, for example give 15 seconds to capture everything that has happened within that time into one picture. When the shutter speed is slow the picture comes out with a softer effect and less detail. Slow shutter speed can be used for artistic effect and more light will enter the camera.</div>]]></description>
