         <description><![CDATA[<p>These days, my life feels extremely busy. I often <strong>take work home</strong> and <strong>work overtime</strong>, so I rarely <strong>have time to relax</strong>. Sometimes I even <strong>get long hours</strong> at the office, and I’ve started to <strong>be a workaholic</strong> without realizing it. Every week, I must <strong>meet deadlines</strong> and <strong>be under a lot of pressure at work</strong>. I hardly ever <strong>take time off work</strong>, and I <strong>spend a lot of time at work</strong> instead of with my friends and family. I know I should <strong>have good working conditions</strong>, but right now, everything feels too stressful.</p><p>Can you give me some advice on how to make my life slower and more balanced? What should I change to feel calmer and happier?</p>]]></description>

If you plan your morning, afternoon and night before you working, you can focus on your job and you can work more efficient. In addition you must take time your social environment because social events can relax and reflesh your mental and physical health. Also you should you technology for your job, that tools make easier your job. You need to rest, to address that issiue you should have some hobby lise sport, reading book, wrighting diary, playing ensturiment or whatelse. However, if you work hard and you cant achieve nothing maybe you can try to change you job side. </p>]]></description>

Maybe you think to change the job your doing right now. And I think you try to read book when you go to work or return the home therefore you can relax and feel more happy. Also you have to spend time in the kitchen for self time, it can be helpfull. Don’t forget to take a time to settle things up and give it time to your life needs to. Be patients my friends. First time maybe thats doing hard for you but if you are try, you can do this. And meet diffrent people. And give time little in your life. Like spend time with hims. Talk, travel, cry, lough with that people. And focus on the in time. Not your job past or present. Just now. I dont know maybe your give permission yourself but if you dont do this you must be do. Couse we are just human and we can do some mistakes. We are not robots or diffrent machine. İf you doing wrong something say "Okey i can do mistake thats normal" Thats much. i hope you can less work. Maybe you can run every morning 6:00 at the seaside 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️  that’s very relaxing 😌 if you know play basketball ı think that’s relax sport for man’s.. You should spend more time on yourself and do the activities you enjoy, for examples; you should try doing yoga and maybe pilates </p><p>These activities can clear your mind. </p><p>When you can’t make time for activities for yourself, you should go for a walk or you can do  breath exercises at your home </p><p>I hope my advices will be good for you</p>]]></description>
