srodne stvari.
              Internet je globalna mreža podataka, mrežne infrastrukture. Ona povezuje milione računara širom sveta  koji zajedno čine mrežu u kojoj bilo koji računar može komunicirati s bilo kojim drugim računarom.
World Wide Web, ili jednostavno Web je način pristupa informacijama preko medija interneta. Web koristi HTTP protokol, samo jedan od jezika koji se govori preko interneta, za prenos podataka. Web usluge, koje koriste HTTP (engl. HyperText Transfer Protocol) je glavna i najčešća metoda prenosa informacija na Webu. Osnovna namena ovog protokola je omogućavanje objavljivanja i prezentacije HTML dokumenata, tj. web stranica.[2] World Wide Web predstavlja, dakle, skup dokumenata objavljenih na internetu, a koji se prikazuju na računaru korisnika pomoću pretraživača.

For a long time many monitors could only display 256 colors.  When a color was used in an image that was not available on the monitor, a different replacement one had to be used. This was either the closest color or a dithered color which was slow to render but could look better. In a bid to make a standard palette of colors which were safe to use on monitors capable of showing 256 colors, a set of 216 colors were chosen and these were known as the web-safe colors.

The “web-safe” colors do not all have standard names, but each can be specified by an RGB triplet: each component (red, green, and blue) takes one of the six values from the following table (out of the 256 possible values available for each component in full 24-bit color).

What is CSS?

As we have mentioned before, CSS is a language for specifying how documents are presented to users — how they are styled, laid out, etc.

A document is usually a text file structured using a markup language — HTML is the most common markup language, but you will also come across other markup languages such as SVG or XML.

Presenting a document to a user means converting it into a usable form for your audience. Browsers, like Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, are designed to present documents visually, for example, on a computer screen, projector or printer.
