Lucid Dreams by Juice WRLD is about a break up that he went through where he had done everything right but somehow it still didn’t work out. The memories of his relationship still haunt him so he takes drugs to help him forget through the day but they give him lucid dreams of those memories. He knows in his mind that he cannot go back to the same girl but his heart keeps telling him otherwise. A lot of times breakups or fights are the reason for drug use. 

I connect to this poem because it reminds me from a hard moment of my life, when I felt that it literally hurt me physically and I had nobody to talk, that I was going deeper on a place with no way out.
