         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a <strong>Mixed Methods</strong> approach would work well for this research topic because it allows me to study the issue from difference angles.<br><br>My goal is to look at statistics and potentially compare teachers at my school to teachers in other public schools.<br><br>I could also take the research that is out there to establish an effective response to trauma for teachers and then see whether the teachers at my school respond in the same way.<br><br>I am contemplating a few other angles, but I think a mixed methods approach is the most flexible and Transformative Strategy of Inquiry would be a way that I could use my research to help my school identify a strength or area that needs development.</div>]]></description>
