One where individuals keep in mind that it should be about we and not I. All three of my teachers also agreed that the team must remain focused on group goals and group success. Another common characteristic of successful collaboration in education was the generosity of all team players. This is very important because they must be willing to chip in even when they do not get the credit for doing such.
