         <description><![CDATA[<div>The term Fartlek means ‘speed play’ in Swedish.&nbsp;<br>It’s a training method that blends continuous training with interval training.&nbsp;<br>Fartlek training is defined as periods of fast running intermixed with periods of slower running.
