These day we have a lot of challenges at work. some of those challenges that we have a lot of work in a day but we don't have overtime so we don't complete our task well. Another thing is follow-up . our company is far away from home town so we arrived late .

I want to drop you this quick email to share my thoughts with you.I have some problems with the workshops.

The first is that some of the places in which we would like to hold the workshop request a formal letter from the Ministry of Youth, and I know that formal letters take time..so what can we do about this?

The second is the uncommitment of some of those registered in the workshops to attend. In one of the workshops, only seven people attended, and the number of those registered was 15.

The third is some logistical problems such as the lack of data show in the halls or there is no internet at the places where the workshops are held.

And the last is the uncommitment of my team at work, so sometimes I have to do all the work on my own.
