         <description><![CDATA[<div>The goal of today's collaborative lab is to work together to learn about reaction rates. Ultimately, the goal is to answer the question, "How can we speed up or slow down chemical reactions?"<br><br>Follow the instructions at your station and then post a summary to the Padlet. Your summary should include the following. <br><br>1) The title for your station<br><br>2) A concise description of your procedure<br><br>3) Thorough data and analysis<br><br>4) Video/photos to support your findings (<strong>Hint: </strong>when uploading media, take the photo/video using the camera, then import it from the camera roll. It kept crashing on me when I tried recording a video directly into the padlet post.)<br><br>For more detailed information, see the rubric post.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In one beaker we had room temperature water which was 21 degrees Celsius. In the other beaker we had refrigerated water which was 18 degrees Celsius.  We then dropped an Alka-Seltzer tablet into each beaker.  In the room temperature beaker the tablet dissolved in 54 seconds. In the refrigerated beaker, the tablet dissolved in 47 seconds. We determined that the colder the water, the quicker it takes the tablets to dissolve.</div>]]></description>
