         <description><![CDATA[<div>"<strong>Fitness </strong>is one of the fundamental building blocks of good teen health. Exercise is associated with more positive mood, improved sleep, better concentration and productivity and higher self-esteem" (Page 2). Excersize is necessary in everyone's lives due to all the positive impacts it can do for you! Better mood, better grades, more engaged, higher self esteem, better sleep, and the list goes on and on. Excersize is crucial, I can not stress it enough.</div>]]></description>

Many teens rely on vending ma- chine snacks, fast food and on-the-go sugary sports drinks or sodas for fuel during the day. These foods do not provide lasting energy" (Page 3). Nutrition is key to healthy living. If you don't eat right you won't succeed in any other area.</div>]]></description>

Do not get caught up in social media, PlayStation, XBOX, television, Netflix, or other screen time activities because they are proven dangerous for not just teens, but all ages.</div>]]></description>

Often times, including myself, we wait for our parents to always ask us questions and to start conversations. Don't wait! Start it yourself!
