Wow-I feel like a get a lot of info in this class! I believe it might be kind of hard to keep all these sites organised and remember which does what, so it would be a really great idea to put them on symbaloo.com. As for the designer, I believe my lesson plans are supposed to be more detailed-will have to work on that

Designing games can be definitely as much fun as playing them! They do help the teacher to feel motivated and stay creative. I also really liked the portfolio assessment idea in the sense that it gives power to the students and thus makes the learning less teacher-centered and more democratic, both in participation in decision-making and in taking responsibility on how to apply and implement the rules decided. It does require much more work on everyone's part though, but time and energy are always the price to pay when it comes to democratic procedures!
