Partners are Head Start and a private non-profit preschool association.
We are learning how to align our visions for our schools. Just found out today Head Start is doing a Strategic Plan - volunteered to be on their committee. Long history with partners (30-40 years) but many changes in leadership mean many assumptions about visions which may not be accurate. Challenge getting everyone to sit down at the same table and talk.
