4a) IL-17 drives inflammation causing the SACROILIITIS and ENTHESITIS.
4b) the dendrites present the antigens that activate the T-cells and TNF which then produces the IL-22
4c) production of IL-22 is thought to cause the new bone formation typical of AXIAL spondyloarthropathies
