adults may find it a challenge to have an even balance between their family and their work-life, obviously they need to have a stable job to be able to provide for a family, all things like house bills, food, after school activities etc to pay for. But to be able to earn money and spend quality time with the family can be hard, as alot of jobs are either very demanding and make you work long hours, you could be on call, so you must attend to your job when needed, or they may not allow you to take enough time off for holidays. All of these things can effect you and your family emotionally, not spending enough time together can result in losing the close bond with eachother . Building social relationships with your kids is important as parents are the role models for the next generation, and sometimes parents not being there for their kids can result in them missing out on small and big life events and also helping them through the good and the bad things that your kids face.
