         <description><![CDATA[<div>The inquiry process encourages student to explore their passions through agency.<br>Through inquiry, students grow their curiosity of the world, the things in it and continue their journey of life long learners. <br>This in turn makes gives them internationally mindedness and allows for connections to their own lives and community.<br>This process need to be given appropriate time. When there is a lack of time, it doesn't allow for continued questioning, action and reflection by students. Teaching of content specific knowledge needs to be explicit for student to make connections to their prior knowledge. <br>Teachers need to know their students. It is key in successful inquiry for students to be able to make connections to their own personal experiences as well as prior knowledge. Providing them different tools and materials for this exploration while also keeping in mind your own students curiosity and voice will allow for more authentic inquiry. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>* Removing specific times and activities limited to just inquiry.  It should be a process throughout the entire day.<br>* Limiting options of inquiry.  Moving students toward there is only one way to learn through inquiry. <br>*Decrease the number of preplanned inquiry units to allow for more authentic student lead agency.<br>*Decrease teacher pre planned questions that lead to preplanned answers. Instead, allow for more student voice through questioning by the students. </div>]]></description>
