Explanation: The Persian Wars united the Greeks together due to having a common enemy. This war also made Greece stronger and improved its communication between different city-states. Since the Greeks defeated the strongest empire at that time, this made them have the strongest military power in the world.

Importance: This action of stealing and misusing money later caused many city states to fear the Athens, as Athens also started treating the other members of the league as if they were conquered people, not allies. The final result of this action is the Sparta-Athens war.
