         <description><![CDATA[<div>There was a heatwave in the City of Quebec in Canada.  There was a period of 6 days in a row where the temperate reached 35<sup>o</sup> C (95.0 f).  The usual average temperatures in Quebec during July are around the mid 70<sup>o</sup> f, or 21<sup>o</sup> C.  So you can see that this heatwave was much hotter than usual.<br><br>The Humidex value was recorded at 47, which was the highest ever recorded in the City.</div>]]></description>
