This video gives an example of a person running. If someone were running they would not be able to immediately stop or turn, it would take an unbalanced force to cause the person to gradually slow down. This applies to any object, the motion of an object can only be changed by an unbalanced force.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YhYqN9BwB4
2nd law- (01:30) F=ma
Newtons second law tells us that the acceleration of an object depends on two variables; the net force and mass of the object. This video shows an example of a globe on a table. If you spin the globe with a net force of 10 units and then spin it with a net force of 20 units, the globe with accelerate (spin) faster when you apply a net force of 20 units. More force equals more acceleration. It also gives an example of two objects, one stack of books weighs 3Kg and the other stack weighs 5Kg. If you apply the same net force to each of them, the one with less mass will accelerate more.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVAxASr0iUY
3rd Law- (01:26)
Newtons 3rd law tells us that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. This video gives an example of a frog swimming, while the frog is swimming its body pushes the water back and the water pushes its body forward.
