For example, they reinforce a lot Language but not enough the "profesión docente". Of course is great to have a domain in the language but we also need to know and be sure of how to be a teacher in Chile's education system.

It's not the same "knowing English" compared to "knowing HOW to teach it". 
I think I just know the elementary tools for being an effective teacher, but I always try to learn and improve my skills.  
Finally, I would LOVE to know more about how to plan a lesson in an effective way. I think that all of us when we went to school we noticed that, this is very precarious and I fear for the future because of this year and a half learning in this platform. I think that it hit strongly our formation. I know a very few things clearly about teaching and I'm in 4th year. That's why I expect to be prepared for the occasions in where I have to show my knowledge in teaching. Also, I think that I have to improve a lot in the English Language.
