That's a great opportunity. I believe we are able to better service our kids when we acquire more knowledge on a particular subject. I also agree that it's very difficult to learn and implement new strategies and new resources due to district guidelines at times as well as training on how to operate and implement them. We need to learn to integrate as much technology as possible in the classroom so that our students can keep up with new ideas across the globe.

In my daily integrated philosophy of technological tools and resources in my classroom, I attempt to allow students to gain a deeper understanding of the learning context being taught. By directing students in the conventional process of using technology and exploring the right tools, I believe they foster a deeper learning experience. By using student-centered as well as teacher-centered instruction I can teach my students with high level and low level skills how to work together to explore answers. These tools will allow for students to generate motivation to learn. My philosophy is that learning works best with stimuli. I also believe that teachers play a huge role in student behavior. However, there are students whose mind responds like a computer. Also, by utilizing scaffolded instruction, I allow students to develop independence. A child's environment plays a heavy role in their academic and intellectual growth.
