         <title>More Physical activity. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> I want to do 20 minutes of any physical activity in a week. Concrete steps I need to take is I need to know how much physical activity I do in one week. I also need to know when would be the best time to do the physical activity. I can measure my progress in minutes. I also will know when my goal is achieved when I can do 20 minutes of physical activity in 1 week. This goal is an action I can take. Specific actions I would need to take are I need to make time in my schedule to complete these. I would also need to find good exercises I like that way I will have more of an ambition to complete this goal. What will prevent me from achieving my goal is forgetting. The way I can overcome these obstacles is I can put an alarm on my phone to remind myself to exercise. This goal is also realistic for me to achieve and is doable in the next few months because I have a lot of free time on my hands. I will start on monday March 1 and finish June 1. The best time in the week for me is Monday to friday.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to be able to do these push ups that my sensei calls " sensei pushups" basically my elbows go back (on the side of my torso), and my chin touches the floor. I can only do maybe 5 in a row but for my next belt I need to do 10-15. I would practice everyday so by the time its time to test, maybe I could even do more than 10 or 15! If I complete that maybe I can also try doing clap pushups which is another thing I need to practice. I'll start small, maybe 5. Then i'll work my way up.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to keep the living room and bedroom in my house organized and clean every other day. Concrete steps I would need to take is I would need to see how often my living room and bedroom is clean. I would also need to find time to clean them. I can measure my progress in percentages, for example 15 percent of my room is clean. I will know when my goal is achieved when 100% of my room and living room is clean every other day. This goal is also an action I can take. Actions I would need to take is I would need to develop a rhythm to make the work easier to do. Something that will prevent me from achieving this goal is I might forget to clean.  In order to avoid this I will set alarms on my phone to remind me. This goal is a;sp realistic for me to achieve and is doable in the next few months because I have a lot of free time on my hands. I will start on Monday March 1 and finish June 1. I will try to take all distractions away from me, maybe drink warm milk, etc. I can measure my progress by checking what time I sleep and what time I wake up. I will know when this goal is achieved when I can rest properly. I think I might be able to take it. I'm not very confident but I’ll try too. I will need a better mindset and really be willing to sleep early. I will be tempted by my phone. I think it's doable in the next few months and i think i can do this.  I don't really know but i'm thinking of sleeping at 12:00 or 11:00 since i wake up around 8:00.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A goal I would like to meet from now to june 1st is creating an at-home workout routine and actually doing this workout at least 3 times a week. I will know that I have met my goal when I am reminding myself to work out not, and not having to be reminded to either do the workout or what the workout is. This goal will only work once I have my workout routine down. A routine I have in mind right now are 1- 3 reps of 20 squats, 2 reps of 10 pushups, 4 reps of 10 jumping jacks. I am wishing that I remember to do this 3 times a week. Not necessarily doing each exercise at the same time. To measure my progress I will use the Fitness Log, which I have started to fill in a lot more. Since I am wishing that I do this 3 times per week I could even do it out and say that I complete this workout every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so that I can have Tuesday, Thursday and the weekend off. I  will need to remember to do two things. I will have to remember to do my workout. I could possibly tell my friends the routine and they could remind me to do this workout on the days that I have to do it. I will also have to remember to log it into my Fitness Log. This goal is 100% achievable because it's not too simple but not that difficult either. I have until June 1st to complete my goal.<br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

I will have to slowly time myself so my limit can go to one hour and farther. <br>I can measure my project by using a timer everytime I go for walks. I will know when my goal is achieved when I can take a walk for an hour or longer and it is still in my limit. I will do it for as long as I need to until I achieve it.  <br>Yes because I can go on walks and the days I won't go there are always treadmills.I will have to time myself, actually go walks and use treadmills, and that is pretty active. What might prevent me is the weather, but I can overcome that by using treadmill.  <br>Yes because going on walks for an hour or longer is something that takes time, btu you can achieve, Yes it is because if I work hard enough, I can achieve it faster and improve walking limit. <br>I am starting today, February 26th, 2021 and I will be ending June 1st 2021. The best time of the week really depends on the weather to me. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>my goal is the same as before, to get 7-8 hours of sleep.<br>I can go up to the point where I sleep as early as 9-10 (which is unlike me), and it can help me get a lot more sleep. I will have to learn to use my time to sleep, for sleep and not for using my phone. <br>I can measure my progress by setting alarms and seeing if I wake up at those times, as well as seeing if I sleep for 7-8 hours. I will know the goal is achieved when I see that the time I slept was 7-8 hours or more. <br>Yes because I can specifically sleep and I can force myself to sleep earlier. I will have to put my phone away from me and hold myself back from technology in general.</div><div>The only thing preventing me would be myself since I procrastinate. </div><div>Yes because I can improve myself and my sleep schedule as long as I actually try. My new fitness goal is to drink more water because I feel like I am not drinking enough water because I wake up dehydrated.

The action I will take  is download  the app and also make a chart and make goals for myself in my notebook. 
My goal is realistic because it is smoothing that we all need  to hydrate to live so this is why my goal is realistic.

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fitness Goal:  </div><div>Hold middle split. My goal is to be able to do a complete middle split and be able to hold it there for at least 15 seconds. What I need to do to achieve my goal and the steps I need to take to reach it are:</div><div>1.Stretch everyday. I can do this by doing specific stretches to be able to stretch my legs to be able to do this exercise. 2. Holding this exercise for a certain amount of time and increasing the time  little by little. I should be doing 2 sets of 15 mins of these steps everyday.     I can measure my progress by putting a certain time <br>(1-2 most likely) minutes long and hold my legs open in a split position and stay up during the whole time. I can also “measure” my progress is by just being able to do some of the exercises with ease. I can also measure how long I hold it for and see it increase while the days pass. I should be doing 2 sets of 15 mins of these steps everyday. It is realistic for me to achieve, since I am flexible and I stretch every single day, but for this goal, I really need to put my mind into it and really push hard to get there, because since I have the flexibility right now, if I stop doing stretching I  can lose my flexibility. To reach my goal, I would need to create a schedule with different sorts of exercises that would strengthen my abdominal muscles since those are the muscle groups that are being used the most when doing sit ups. Some exercises I could do are planks, russian twists, and bicycle crunches. Some specific actions I would need to take are to do 20-25 min upper body exercises at least 3 times a week. By exercising at a steady pace every week, I will be able to increase the amount of sit ups by June. This goal is realistic for me to achieve. I will measure my progress by first taking note of the average amount of time I spend on my phone during the first week. Then, I will gradually start to decrease the amount of time I spend on my phone by doing other activities. The clear steps I aneed to divide the 200 minutes into 7 days </div><div>(1 week). I will do 29 minutes each day. By the end of the week I will do 200 minutes. I need to know at which time in my day I am available to do any physical activity. Another concrete step that I will need to take is to find appropriate motivational quotes to keep me going. I can measure my progress by having a time chart. As well by having a schedule to keep track and remembering to do the activities. Are you bored to 29 minutes of physical activities a day. The most effective way for me to achieve my goal and measure my progress is to have a reminder on my phone. I have to keep track through my devices how much physical activity I am doing to measure my progress. To check my physical activity app to see how much physical activity I have increased that will measure my progress as well. I will have to find a time in my schedule. I will need to also find types of physical activities I want to do, that make me have fun while exercising. What I think will prevent me is lack of motivation. This will prevent me because it's going to bring my mood down which will make me not want to exercise. I will have motivational quotes and posters around my room and laptop. I will set a reminder on my devices to make sure I dont forget. I will have to find a time in my schedule. I will need to also find types of physical activities I want to do, that make me have fun while exercising. What I think will prevent me is lack of motivation. This goal is realistic for me to achieve because I have time throughout my day. I have the equipment to do a physical activity. As well, I have the appropriate space to do any type of activity. It is doable in the next few months because by then i will be adjusted to the routine of 29 minutes of physical activity a day. As well I will prepare myself along the Way.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Personal Goal: my goal  is to drink 80 ounces of water a day.</div><div>The concrete steps that I have to take to make sure I have a water bottle to measure how many ounces I drink. Also what I need to do is to find ways to motivate me into drinking more water. Another step is that I have to remember to drink my water. I might also have to know how many ounces I can divide into an hour so I can drink this much of ounces per hour.There are multiple ways I can measure my progress one way that I find effective throughout my last goal is to keep track of my devices. I will have to find apps that can help me progress and measure my amounts of water I drink. Having a time chart can help me because I can see how much I’ve been drinking a day and calculate how much I should be drinking in case I’ve gone wrong. Also another way to measure my progress is by setting reminders on my phone of which time I should and this ounce of water.The ways that I would know when my goal is actively achieved is when the time chart is completed and checked that 80 ounces of water have been drunk each day. Also I will know when I achieved it because I will be adjusted to drinking 80 ounces of water each day which means that my body will feel better after a week or so of starting this goal. Also I know when I complete it when I know I did 80 ounces of water each day until June 1.The goal is an action I can take because I have a water bottle to calculate how many ounces I drink every day. I also have the possibility of getting apps to help me progress my work. Any specific action is to make sure I don’t give up within my goal.  What will prevent me from 80 ounces of water every day is my lack of motivation and me forgetting. What I can do to prevent this is to set reminders on my devices that I have to finish this ounce  by this time. As well that I can have a motivational quote or I can have an inspiring post around me so I can know that I’m doing his goal for my health. This girl is realistic for me to complete because I am used to drinking water but I want to get used to having a sufficient amount of water in my body to keep myself healthy. Sort of realistic because my body needs water and if I don’t drink a lot of water it can cause problems for my help so this goal is for me to help my body get used to drinking water. It’s very doable in the next few months because I will have my time measured and I will know how many ounces a drink by the amount I drink in my water bottle. My water bottle is labeled with the time and ounces I’m drinking per hour. I will start on March 5 at 9:00 a.m until 9:00 p.m That is the right time that I finish drinking 80 ounces of water but it will vary until my body is used to the routine of drinking water.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My personal goal is to try and finish one-two books. I can start off by reading for at least 10-15 minutes a day. I will measure my progress by increasing the amount of time I read for or I can try to increase the amount of chapters I read each week. Yes, the goal is realistic for me to achieve.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to be able to lose 5 pounds by taking specific steps into achieving my goal. I can measure my progress by lowering a pound every week.I can measure this with a scale and seeing at the end of the week if I have lost a pound.  I can take actions such as changing my meals and lowering the calories. I will also work out everyday and do a lot of exercise to burn the calories. It IS an action I can take because as I  said, I will change my meals into less calorie meals and I will also exercise everyday of the week until I actually lose a whole pound, and if I can even more. It is realistic to me because I do a lot of exercise and I don't get tired easily and I can do a lot of exercise without getting tired so that is one privilege that I have myself, and also the fact that I have a lot of space in my house and even a backyard. I will start Monday March 1st, and should be achieved on april 15.  I hope I can make it! :D</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
