         <description><![CDATA[<div>Date: 4/16/2019<br>Attendance - <strong>Marietta</strong>, Jacque, Yue yue, Lingli, Mingfang,YanJie, HuYing<br>Agenda:<br>1. Essential Agreements<br>- We will meet once a month (last working day of the month starting in May) for 30 minutes.<br>-We will communicate through Wechat (working hours)<br>- Meeting room: Music room<br>-No mobile phones during the meetings (unless we need them)<br>- Follow monthly agenda (What we are going to unpack)<br>-Every member will have something to share at the beginning of every meeting (questions, comments, findings)<br>-Every meeting, we will share a little something.<br>-We are STRESS FREE (mindfulness for 3 minutes)<br>-Meeting minutes on the padlet<br>-We can upload resources, articles, blogs and ideas in general under the "Shared resources" tab.<br>NEXT MEETING: May, 31, 2019 (Friday). 1:15pm<br>Agenda:<br>1. 3 minutes mindfulness <br>2. KWL on Assessment (20 minutes)<br>3. Sharing resources (10 minutes)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Attendance: Jacque, Marietta, Yue yue, Lingli , Ming fang, Hu Ying, Christina, <br><br><strong>Know about Assessment</strong><br>- a key component of learning.<br>-can motivate the student<br>-can help teachers and students to determine whether they understand the concept and if educational and personal goals are being achieved<br>- can be in different ways such as video, worksheet, artworks, and discussion.<br>-children's evidence of learning and for parents use to support us and their child.<br>-the teacher can find different level and know what they learn.<br>-it happens all the time<br>- can be differentiated with different tools<br>-children can do their self- assessment to show what they have learned<br>-assessment is great feedback to show what we have learned.<br>- assessment if an ongoing learning process, analyzing, and improving the experiences of students.<br>-group assessment - can practice cooperation abilities<br><br><strong> ( Goals)</strong><br>- know more about comprehensive assessment<br>-Exact assessment look like in Early Years<br>Different ways/kinds of assessment in Early years<br>-Do we need standardize assessment in Early Years?<br> good questions to assess the students level in Early Years<br><br><strong>Concerns:</strong><br>1. What assessment tool is best for students? like in a local school at kindergarten level they used <br>2.
