Setting Up Your Padlet Wall

Setting up your wall is easy. Just follow the instructions. I do have a few suggestions though:
1. Choose "Canvas" format. This wall is a Canvas format. You can resize and rearrange posts as needed and as your portfolio evolves.
2. Tap on the cogwheel, to "modify" your wall. Look at the tool bar/menu on the right. Give your wall a "title." I titled this wall "Art History Workshop 2017."
3. Next item is "description." Say whatever you like.
4. Personalize your wall: choose a wallpaper; select an icon for yourself or upload an image you like better. Here I used the foot of a sculpture I photographed. Just for fun. You should enjoy looking at your wall and working on it.
5. I turned "Attribution" off because no one will be posting on this wall. If you toggle it on, then when I post on your wall, my name will be on each post.
6. But DO turn "Comments" ON. That will allow me to comment on your posts directly.
7. You can choose your own address or use the alphanumeric they randomly assign. I chose the address "AHworkshop2017."
Now hit "SAVE" so all those design elements stay in place.
8. Now go back to the menu at upper right and choose "SHARE."

9. Under "Privacy" I suggest you choose Private, Secret or Public. Password Protected just gets too complicated.
10. Under "Those with access" select "can write." This is very important because I have to be able to post.
11. Invite me to post on your wall under "Add contributors." Use the email ebcutler@verizon.net. That is my Padlet membership email.

12. When in doubt click "SAVE." Padlet will remind you if you are about to lose work, but better be safe than sorry.

Go Have Some Fun With Your Wall!
