It helped move our bodies in a way that was obvious when expressing a mood/ emotion.
This was very helpful for the next part of our lesson which was practicing the beginning of what will become a rehearsed chair duet. i feel as though i was easily able to adapt the different ways of sitting and standing to represent my mood, however i believe i need to work on dramatising it slightly more, as it needs to be really obvious to an audience.
we had plenty of rehersal time which made it a lot easier to perfect the final perfromance but we did not practice in partners so it was essentially an improvised telling of a story.
