I left my wife and six-month old son behind because I couldn't get them to come with me (visa issues). When I first arrived to the USA, I called my family back home to let them know that I arrived safely, but I was shocked when my brother informed me that my father died the same day I traveled, only eight hours after my flight left my country. I had to deal with this trauma on my own. I hadn't had a chance to make friends yet and kept it to myself. A few months later, my wife and son were able to join me in the USA, and we moved into a bigger house... :) This made my stay in the USA way better as they filled my life with joy. Even better, nine months after my wife's arrival, we welcomed a new member to the family, my daughter.. :) In my decorated compliment I intended to make it curly to reflect on the ups and downs of life and how difficulties can be eased by other graceful things in life. Personally, these difficulties served as my motivation to overcome any difficulty on my way and keep on going no matter what.
