How do we “study” literature?
I consider Literature as a reflection of culture and history of the society. It is indeed would give us diverse glimpse of culture and history around the round. We study literature by appreciating literary works of various known authors, by learning to empathize with the characters, by using our fascination on the on the setting and plot of the text that we are reading.

How do viewpoint and bias affect our analysis of literature?
The viewpoint of a person really influences the way we interpret and analyze literary work. It becomes the foundation of our point of view and beliefs, thus we might be subjective in analyzing and critiquing literary piece.
