They could screencastify basic class functions (how to take accurate notes, how to fill out our paperwork, etc) and then incoming leadership students could easily learn from their graduated peers. This would help our program grow and give students a way to learn from each other the basics of the class. Plus, I wouldn't have to have the same conversations with students each year- there would be a video for that :)
