for me I find it very useful to chat with all the teachers of a specific student that i may be concerened about to try to gather as much useful information that i can. typically students act differently in different classrooms depending on many factors

Having show and tell or debriefing days where you tie Socioemotional learning together with curriculum and instruction. Allowing the students to speak about their challenges and provide feedback as to how we can work collaboratively to overcome those challenges. Speaking about economic effects and cultural events that may be happening ( Spanish Awareness, Film Festival, etc. )
