Positive Globalist: The positive globalist would argue that UN is promoting peace and security. The UN’s main goals include improving education, child mortality rates, maternal health, gender equality and many other initiatives. Thus, UM could still at the core of cooperative problem-solving processes and setting rules, norms and expectations.
Negative Globalist: Most of the UN’s power is controlled by few powerful countries which may lead to power politics. Such as the US and the Soviet Union during the cold war. The Soviet Union used its veto during the cold war for its own benefit and make other countries in a disadvantaged position.

For much of UN’s history, the UN was virtually paralyzed by superpower rivalry.
Internationalist: The Internationalist argue that national states have full control over their affairs and the UN would have a very limited kind of influence on their internal external kind of influence. The UN cannot really influence the conflicts between two countries, for example, it has limited influence on the succession of Arab-Israeli war, this reflects the power of nations still remain high.
Transformationalist: The economic development inside the UN’s member countries is uneven. Developed countries such as the US want to prevent developing countries such as China to develop their economy, so they may use some sections. This may lead a further inequality inside the UN and the world. Although they have had past setbacks, the organization is without a doubt, the strongest, most wide-reaching, and well-respected global peace initiative that the world has ever seen.

Globalists(Positive):
The influence of the United Nations in all aspects of international economics, culture and justice is increasing year by year and that the sovereign nations of the world must follow its policy making. This shows that the UN has a positive role to play in promoting stability in international relations and world peace.

YOU COULD MENTION SPECIFIC CASES WEHERE THE UN INTERVENTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL.
CASE STUDY FOR YOU:
https://www.dw.com/en/un-war-crimes-tribunal-upholds-genocide-conviction-for-ratko-mladic-butcher-of-bosnia/a-57813083

Globalist(Negative):
Although it advocates maintaining peace, it does not mean that it can maintain fairness and justice. However, the price of peace is to sacrifice the interests of some countries, which will eventually lead to more conflicts and wars. For example, 'the new world order 'led by the United Nations did not achieve the purpose of peace, but caused more war

UN OR SUPERPOWERS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THOSE COUNRIES WHO DO NOT PROVIDE ECONMIC VALUE FOR INTERVENTION.

Kuwait: BECAUSE OF OIL THE INTERVENTION HAPPENED VERY QUICKLY.

Rwanda: intervention HAPPENED TOO LATE WHERE THOUSDANDS OF PEOPLE WERE KILLED.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-13431486

Internationalist:
Internationalists believe that the UN Security Council should bear the primary responsibility for maintaining international peace and security, and it should be the Security Council to deploy UN peace operations. For example, in 2003, for example, the United States decided to invade Iraq over the objections of the United Nations

EXAMPLE: mots nation sates still follow their own rules and practices when it comes to human rights, their treatment of minority groups etc and the UN has little power to implement anything meaningful in these countries.

Transformationalists:
The UN may have exaggerated their influence. For example, some countries are unable to join the The UN, thus they are unable to contribute to the global projects launched by the UN. So the positive influence of UN cannot be determined to applied to the whole world

How nation states and the UN will need to negotiate their differences and come to conclusions. For example the nuclear activities in Iran, sanctioned by the UN/ brought many economics sanctions against the country, however, the Iranian gov still pursue its nuclear activities which they claim to be peaceful however at the same time they work with the IAEA to reach mutually acceptable solutions.

Positive Globalist:
The United Nations plays a positive role in guaranteeing world peace, human rights protection, and security. For example, the United Nations has played an important role in safeguarding the rights of children and women and established UNICEF. Therefore, the establishment of the United Nations is conducive to safeguarding national sovereignty and interests and ensuring national security.
Negative Globalist:
The UN can act to keep the peace, but this also complicates the conflict. Examples include the sacrifice of UN peacekeeping troops in Somalia and the former Yugoslavia. This can add to international chaos.

The United Nations is inefficient in some operations and cannot fully help member states tide over the difficulties. For example, during the 1990s, in Rwanda, Somalia and the former Yugoslavia. The Peacekeeping forces that were sent there were too small to cope with the violence. As a result, many people were killed. Therefore, it can be seen that joint actions of The UN sometimes not effective, and it may make the situation more worse.
Internationalist:
The UN's ability to carry out security missions is severely limited because it is essentially a product of its member states. For example, the Cold War led to the paralysis of the UN as a result of the game between the US and the Soviet Union. It is still essentially limited and controlled by states (especially the permanent members of the Security Council).
Transformationalist:

The UN can still create an effective security system, and it is gradually becoming less subject to the influence of the superpowers. For example, between 1996 and 2006, UN resolutions were vetoed only 13 times by the five permanent members. The superpower UN began to have the opportunity to reassert peace. Although it is also influenced by the power of the superpowers, its authority also limits the superpowers' ability to do what they want.

1.Positive Globalist：The United Nations has had a beneficial impact on the country in politics, economy, and culture. This will create a better world.
2.Negative Globalist：The intervention of the United Nations will produce bloody extra conflicts and power struggles, which will lead to social and political instability.
3.Inter-nationalist：
Main state force still controlled the speaking right, they do not need follow the UN’s regulation, such as USA, who ignored the UN’s objection and still launched a war against Iraq in 2003. Thus UN should strengthen their right of control.
4.Transformationalists
Member countries have the right to manage their own affairs but may be limited or challenged by the UN. For example, some countries and regions whose subsidies and support for poor children and women are below international standards will be condemned by the UN. If the problem continues to be serious, the country may be judged to lose some power in the international community. So even though the state has the power to make the system, it is checked and constrained by organizations like the UN.
