Today is my first day doing SIEP .  I was wearing white T-shirt and black slack with white shawl. I walked in very nervous and took a seat.  Miss Maisarah welcomes me warmly and she’s very friendly.  Miss Maisarah introduced me to other co-workers. Everyone introduce their self. They very kind and friendly, they help each other in the kitchen. They also give me several cooking tips. Miss Maisarah briefing about the job and a bit about company background and history. Miss Maisarah brought t me to the kitchen and does some chopping tutorial start with onion than she let me do it for myself. I chopped 10 kilograms onions. After that we move on to garlic. Miss Maisarah chopped a few garlics to guide me then she let me chopped the balance. Before leave, everyone must tidy up their own place so I do. I threw all the rubbish and clean up my place, I also moped and swept the floor. Miss Miasarah give me new uniform and she ask me to wear it on the next day. Today is my second day. I started my second day at 8AM with full new uniform. Miss Maisarah asked me to chopped cucumbers, gobies, chilies, potatoes, and tomatoes. Miss Maisarah does some tutorial to make sure I chopped and peeled all those vegies with the right technique.  I chopped 6 kilograms cucumbers, 5 kilograms gobies, 4 kilograms chilies, 5 kilograms potatoes, and 4 kilograms tomatoes.  In between that, we had lunch together. As usual, after work everyone clean up their own place. I was going back home at 12PM.

Today is third day. I started my third day at 8AM. I walked straight to the kitchen and Miss Miasarah was there waiting for me. Miss Maisarah taught me how to clean and cut fishes. I cut around 100 fishes. There are other workers who wash a shrimps. In between that Miss Maisarah give me short break. At 12PM sharp I started clean up and tidy my place and get ready to going back. I go back home at 12.20 PM.

Today is my fourth day. Today I started my work at 12PM until 5PM. Today I do different job. Miss Maisarah give me new uniform and aked me to change because today I worked at the wedding event. before started Miss Maisarah briefing about my job and she ask the supervisor, Mr Taufik to help and giude me.  I worked as a waiter. I collect all the plate and drinking glass and clean up guess tables. Mr Taufik give me a break from 2PM unil 3PM. At 5.10PM sharpe Miss Sarah drove me home.

Today is my fifth day. Again Miss Maisarah brought me to worked at the wedding event. I started at 10AM. I worked as a waiter but this time a little bit different.  Today, I brought the food to the guess table started from appetizers until dissert and collect the used plate and drinking glass. Mr Taufik guide me until i finished my job. I stopped at 3PM as usual Miss Maisarah drove me home.

Today is my sixth day. I go back to work in the kitchen. A arrived at 8AM and walked to the kitchen and Miss Maisarah greet me warmly. Miss Maisarah teach me how to cut up a whole chicken  and chop the beef  and she let me do it myself. I cut 5 chickens and 3 kilograms beefs.  We stopped for a short break and continued to work until 12PM.  I clean up and tidy my place before go back home.

On the seventh day, I arrived at work at 8AM . Miss Maisarah ask me to boiled 200 eggs. Before boiled the eggs Miss Maisarah ask me to washed it one by one. The eggs boiled around 8 minutes. I drained up the eggs and peeled the skin off one by one and keep it in the big bowl. Today I finished my work early and Miss Maisarah allowed me to go back home earlier. I go back home at 10AM.

On the eighth day, I walked to the kitchen and started doing my job. This time I already know what am I supposed to do and Miss Maisarah does not guide me. I started chopped all the vegetables. I  chopped 3 kilograms chilies, 3 kilograms cucumbers, 5 kilograms tomatoes and 8 kilograms potatoes. Miss Maisarah give me a short break in between i do my job. I started work from 8AM until 12PM. Before going back I clean up my place.

On the ninth day, I started work at 8AM. I chopped the vegetables just like yesterday. I chopped 5 kilograms gobies and 6 kilograms potatoes. Today Miss Maisarah allowed everyone to go back home early because we do not have so many things to do. At 11 sharp everyone started packing and clean up their place. I go back home at 11.20PM.

Today is my last day working at Warisan Hajar Bee Enterprise everyone been very nice to me on my last day working. I started work at 8AM. We enjoy doing work together on my last day working. I chopped 6 kilograms chilies and 3 kilograms onions. At 11AM everyone started tidy and clean up their place because Miss Maisrah took all of us lunch at Kassim Mustafa Restaurant. After that Miss Maisarah drove me home.
