         <description><![CDATA[<div>Brain is one of the greatest gift given by The Creator. As a human, brain plays an important role for us to organize our thought, movement and hence arranging our steps in decorating our life, along the journey. As mentioned in the Jing video, the brain itself is a complex organ that controls our actions and emotions, divided by its own parts/lobes; parietal, occipital, frontal, temporal, cerebellum, cerebrum, brain stem. This sort of imformatins about the rain are important as it helps us realize how the brain actually work what are the contributors the helps it work properly. For example, by knowing the types of food that are good for the brain, we can or should apply it by practicing healthy food for the brain to function at its optimum level. Brain-friendly food like almond,&nbsp; coconut oil, salmon, avocados and bluberries should always be the main hero in our daily menus.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
