         <description><![CDATA[<div>(A) The criteria for excellence, is being able to form perceptive conclusions about the topic you have chosen. <br>(M) The criteria, expects students to pick a topic and use information literacy skills to make perceptive (showing insight and sensitivity) conclusions about the questions you pose about the topic. <br>(E) The difference between E and M is that merit requires convincing conclusions, where as excellence requires perceptive conclusions about the topic. Convincing is where you persuade people to agree with the conclusion you have made about the topic, where as excellence is where you show more sensitivity towards the topic and the answers you have provided.<br><br></div>]]></description>
