Our policy states that anyone under the age of 18 must have a guarantor (your legal guardian) to be eligible for the credit card. As you are currently under age, you would need to ask your legal guardian to co-sign the application.


You will also have to fill out a supplemental form with you and your guarantor's employer information and relevant income.


If you cannot get a guarantor, then unfortunately you will be ineligible for a credit card with us here at TD until you turn 18.
