Students will be making a brochure on intro to Volleyball to help educate others who may not know anything about the sport. The brochure will have a rubric attached to the assignment. Canva or any other platform may be used to complete the assignment. See the rubric for more information.

Serving Overhead

Toss the ball in front of your serving shoulder, you're not leaning forward or backwards prior to serving.

At the end of Module 2 students are required to teach someone how to overhand serve and video it. Once they have the video, they will upload it into Padlet and have their peer make at least 2 comments on it. See the rubric for more details.

Passing

Make sure feet are shoulder-width apart.
Make sure the feet are staggered.
Knees are bent.
Slightly tilted forward.

Due May 23

After the module 3 is finished, students are required to make a You Tube video and share with the class. The video will be the student demonstrating a proper pass and a improper pass. See the rubric for more details.

Rotation

Make sure you are in the correct rotation. Know the positions on the court for receiving and serving at all times.

Make a presentation using Google Slides or Power Point and explain volleyball rotations. This will be due at the end of module four. See rubric for more details.
