You need to have perfect eyesight - corrected lenses or natural eyesight.  An astronaut's blood pressure cannot be very high. Hence there are constant checks for astronauts. Most importantly,  you must be within the minimum and maximum heights. Needless to say your motivation is the key to becoming an excellent astronaut !
