 ( Pusat Perkembangan Kurikulum ) .So teacher must alert about the content in syllabus. In order to make my lesson interesting , i also have to add on some kind of activity like guessing games , quiz and many more. By the end of the lesson i have to make a short quiz that related about the topic. I can identify the students performance by result. i think ADDIE model is a suitable to determine my teaching experience.

I do analyse  the students needs and prior knowledge  to set the goals and objectives before designing a  lesson. What I seldom have the chance to really look at when I was teaching are the barriers and constraints of my learners.The development and implementation phases depend a lot on the analysis and design stages. Everything has to be well planned and prepared to make the lesson work.
Sometimes the evaluation phase is not really focused on due to time constraints and limitations.

I need to analyse the problem of my students and determine their background knowledge. Then i have to set the goal/objective of my lesson plan. This is to ensure TL (teaching and learning) process is on the right track. For instance, in teaching grammar component to my students, i have to identify their levels either good or weak.
In the design phase, I have to design specific goal objective based on the syllabus.I adopt the systematic plan in my TL in order to create more attractive and interactive lesson. I normally,play some music during the introduction part of my lesson plan. The pupils enjoy singing and participating in these kind of classroom activities.
In term of the development phase,it is important to have resources planned well ahead of time in case of unexpected events, such as power outage, or broken computer. There was a time when I had to use the computer as part of the TL and the computer stopped working. In order to ensure the continuity of instruction, I had to utilize other resources (teaching aids) so that the TL can take place even when there is disruption.
In the implementation phase, I use the latest technique provided by the KPM and make sure the syllabus are completed on time. In order to assess my pupils' understanding about a topic, i provide them with quizes or exercises in the classroom
 In the evaluation phase,  I do reflective writing at the end of the lesson in regards  to the my pupils' achievement (if they have achieved any learning) on the particular day. Yes. All these phases of ADDIE model have been applied throughout my teaching but the weightage of each phase works differently depending on situation and my level proficiency of students. The first phase of ADDIE which is Analyse is used when I have to identify my students level, so that I can achieve the goals and objectives of my lesson. Here, in analysing the learning problem that my students have, I need to consider few factors, for example, time constraint, place (where the lesson takes place-English room? Library? PAK21room? English Lab?) and how am I going to deliver it (using games?quizzes?computers?).
The second phase which is design. In my daily lesson plan, learning objectives should be clear as it is the mirror of my content teaching of the day. It has to be specified, so, here, where I have to list down the cognitive process that I want my students to achieve - to list, to recall, to explain, to produce, to state, to write, etc.
The third phase-development. This is where the magic comes. Producing and Implementing the lesson is not as easy as planning it out. Sometimes, there will be some unexpected problems occur. There are times, when I have plan beautifully the lesson for that day and enthusiastically walked into the class confidently, there comes the obstacles that I sometimes least expected, for example, half of the class went out for other programs, blackouts, lcd could not functioning well, etc. Backup plans always needed at time like this . Interesting learning materials (using songs, videos in class helps a lot in my teaching). Last but not least is the evaluation phase. For this phase, it is more on hands on to students. I sometimes just ask students to answer few questions on the lesson that day and assess them by giving task (not all the time). 
I believe, most of the teachers in Malaysia are actually using this model in their every day teaching classroom.

Different class needs different method and objective. For a good class I should make an intermediate/difficult quiz, cross-word puzzle, or create any situation or problem for group discussion. After that, we move to the 3rd phase. We need to develop an instruction that we had design before. In this phase I must arrange the method of instruction step by step. For example: in my Islamic class I used video through YouTube, make quiz and short story. So that I must arrange the step which one should be first, second and third lesson. In this phase I must setup and complete any tool or graphic should be in my class teaching period. Then, I need to implement the instruction to my student. While teaching I must follow the step and aid that I had planned before. In this step I must make student understand the lesson and able to answer any question or quiz. Students are able to recall back what we had learnt. Last phase is evaluate, in these phase I should check back the instruction and take any responses related to the topic I had taught. I would start with A-Analysis of students needs, I would find out the students' prior knowledge, and plan a lesson within their Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) to make sure the lesson is meaningful. D-Design lesson. When designing a lesson, I would start with planning a Learning Objective that is practical and observable, and plan a workable storyboard later. Then for D-Development - I would think of suitable Content and Materials, and here's where differentiation takes place, I would choose materials and contents according to each student's needs. Next, I-Implementation - this is where Execution,Trial n Error take place. Finally,E-Evaluation - I would asses the design, to see what worked and what didn't, from the formative n summative feedbacks I received from the students. 1. Analysis;
Before the class start, I will analyze the topics of subject whether my students have previous knowledge of the topics. The subject will be easily teaching if students have previous knowledge of the topics.
2. Design;
I will design my teaching according to taxonomy bloom domain. That is something easy to difficult items.
3. Development;
I normally develop my teaching by starting with set induction, step 1, step 2, step 3 and conclusion of the topic.
4. Implementation;
When I am teaching Islamic studies such as topic on ablution, I will inform the theory how to perform ablution correctly. After that, for implementation, students will be asked to perform ablution practically at Mussola and monitored by teacher.
5. Evaluation;
For this section, at the end of every classes. Evaluations were done to know students understanding of the lessons. Other evaluations for students are normally done at school are formative and sumative test.

Saya akan mengenalpasti perkara yang akan timbul seperti masalah pembelajaran dalam kalangan murid saya. Objektif pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai selepas PdPc dan pengetahuan sedia ada pada murid. Di samping itu, persekitaran yang selesa dan cara penyampaian untuk PdPc.   
2.  Corak
Saya akan menetapkan metod  PdPc berdasarkan kaedah pedagogi yang sesuai untuk murid saya berdasarkan tahap keupayaan mereka dalam menerima PdPc menggabungkan kaedah tradisional dan moden. Saya menyediakan 2-3 soalan ringkas untuk dijawab murid di akhir PdPc untuk melihat keberkesanan PdPc saya.
3. Pembinaan
Saya menyediakan peralatan bantu mengajar menggunakan teknologi yang sedia ada dan sesuai untuk murid. Pengujian terhadap peralatan tersebut akan dibuat sebelum berlakunya PdPc dan menyediakan pelan kecemasan sekiranya wujudnya masalah sewaktu PdPc.
4.  Pelaksanaan
Saya akan melaksanakan PdPc berdasarkan kepada rancangan PdPc yang dirancang. Penerangan teori secara sempurna di samping set induksi. Peralatan bantu mengajar digunakan untuk menambah nilai pemahaman murid terhadap PdPc yang berlaku.
5. Penilaian
Saya akan membuat penilaian terhadap PdPc saya dengan mengumpulkan maklumbalas PdPc daripada murid keseluruhannya dengan meminta murid menjawab soalan yang disediakan. Ini dapat memastikan peningkatan kaedah PdPc yang saya jalankan.
Kesimpulannya, kaedah ini amat amat efektif dan sesuai dilaksanakan kerana ia bermula daripada perancangan sehingga penilaian yang menjadikan kaedah PdPc guru berkesan dan sempurna. They may have used some or all of the tasks depending on their target students. Yes, I do perform the ADDIE model but before this I did not know about it until now. For me I need to do the Analysis before preparing for any lesson especially when handling students with different levels of proficiency. Some of my classes are being streamed already and some are not so I need to take account of many factors especially when students have different backgrounds, some students may not know what other students know even though it is a common knowledge. For the Design, this task is quite challenging because I need to be very careful and be realistic with the objectives and others. For me, quality is preferred rather than quantity. So I do specify what is suitable for students so that the lesson can be more effective and meaningful. Other than that, the Development and Implementation of the lesson are critical for me. I need to be more creative and alert because I am teaching two levels of students, lower secondary and upper secondary. Sometimes I need to be more playful with the lower form students and put more psychomotor activities in the lessons. Yes of course I do that too with upper form students but I need to choose more suitable activities for them. Basically I will be using video clips, songs, bringing the real things to class and others and I do agree that 21st Century Learning activities do help me a lot to make the lessons be more fun. Finally in the Evaluation, I do gather their feedback and by asking their opinion and giving them questions e.g handouts. I also ask them questions later after the class to gather their feedback in a more relax situation so that they will be more open and feel free for discussion and I found out that this way really helps me a lot to better my lessons in the future. So yes, I do use ADDIE in my teaching practice.
