Floating through the air

I stand on my tippy toes reaching and searching through the space surrounding me

I'm swallowed by the music 

Stumbling and looking for myself

With every movement

I fall deeper and deeper into the emotions thrown at me 

Glancing toward the shining lights

I feel my fear slip away 

The emotions I feel grab at me 

Pulling me every way 

Finally, the terror that once surrounded me fades

And I truly begin to dance

Gliding through the space 

My heart feels lighter than a feather 

The passion I feel begins to appear

And the true reason for my love reappears

The expression and movements they say 

But not in my brain

For me its the love and connections 

Which makes my fear go away
