I graduated in 2018, so I was in the first group of students to test out the program Aleks in my school. I do not recommend this program and even my math teacher hated working with it. It forces him to teach too fast, students have trouble understanding the material. The students are also pressured, at least during my time, to score ridiculously high amounts of points on our own time in subjects we hadn't been taught yet because if we didn't get the points we'd loose half our grade he had to put so much weight on it. Technology can be a great tool, there are some great online graphing calculators.

I think technology has given teachers more ways to be creative with lesson plans. It also allows for trials and errors, which helps the learning process for future students. I also feel like technology can have a negative impact, sometimes making teachers more dependent online things, meaning already made lessons, and activities, as well as less in-class teaching.
