I will work closely with my team to provide safe and inclusive environments that promote student's self-reflection and goal setting skills. Our morning meetings will be an opportunity to facilitate "diary" writing where students will be safe to reflect and write on hard emotional ideas, grappling with who they are, what hteir values include, and how they might affect change in the near and far future.
