Q1. What leadership style should the coach employ to resolve the conflict?

Democratic leadership is a worthy style in this situation because out of the two people who are having a disagreement on their strategy, the whole team will end up deciding whatever is the best strategy that everyone can agree on whether it was one of the players strategies or anothers.

Q3- The long term effects on team dynamics and performance could be built by Trust and Cohesion, this means resolving conflicts in a fair and respectful manner which helps build trust among team members. Also we could use individual Motivation since balancing indivduals with team bonding allows players to feel valued. Last of all conflict resolution skills which could be used by addressing conflicts in a healthy and productive way that the leaders could help address. This means players won't be left for disagreements causing unreliability if that happens.
