-Teachers should be assessing students constantly, formally and informally. This data will help the teacher to group students appropriately. 
-The teacher will use the data to make sure students are being challenged, but not being frustrated. It will give the teacher a foundation to find instructional levels. 
-These assessments should arrive, before, during and after the student's learning.
