<title>Disappereance of alcohol (or acetone or water) by giovanna</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/giovanna_dipietro/AlcoholDisappearance</link>
      <description>Answer in pairs following questions:

1.What can you assume about the structure of alcohol (or water or acetone) from the fact that it disappears gradually  and not all together at one time?

 2. Despite the disappearance of alcohol might seem trivial or straightforward to you, try to imagine different processes that could lead to the disappearance of the alcohol. Previous students have suggested for example that the alcohol might go into the table. Suggest at least 2 different mechanisms.

 3. Think of at least two  testing experiments. The aim of the testing experiment is to test the mechanisms proposed.

 4. For each testing experiment formulate a prediction. How should the outcomes of the experiment be, given that alcohol disappears according to the first mechanism you proposed? And how if it disappears according to the second mechanism?</description>
