What did you feel? It was not as challenging for me to picture someone. I was also able to identify with the person's needs and point of view. I honestly felt quite sad because I felt a small percentage of what the person I was envisioning actually felt.

It wasn't all that easy for me to picture someone but when I did, their image stuck on. It was difficult to be able to understand from their point of view but after some serious thought, the memories came rushing back. I began to understand their needs and mine were the same. Their point of view was just different and completely understandable. We needed each other and I couldn't just be absent anymore. Afterwards, it felt compelling and it opened up a great idea for me and I was able to make a plan for me to follow. I felt like my chances of making up with them after this incident have grown exponentially and that things could go back to the way they were.

For me, it was not easy to picture someone for there are numerous people in need. When I remembered the group during our meetings, that is when I thought of using it. I was able to identify the person's needs because it is a common problem for them around the world. I saw them as people who are need of opportunity and resources. I felt pity and empathy for I felt the way they are suffering.

It was not really easy to picture my self as someone. I don't have a lot of experiences where I observed this even in 3rd person. Nevertheless, I can at the very least be sympathetic regarding their struggles. I cannot truly feel what they feel for I have not experienced it myself. However, I can somewhat identify with their point of view -- a desire to be free and to be themselves. And honestly, it feels sad that this society is sometimes so focused on the current social standards, that there is no room to influence what could be widely considered as good. But it also makes me a bit glad that these people truly pursue their most authentic selves rather than hiding it and never giving it a chance to grow.

I gotta say humans have many sides. I cannot say a person is determined to be like that, the energies of each of us is flexible. Picturing someone, I tried to remember someone in a particular situation and what that person was in that situation. In times of conflict, we tend to say what our anger have expressed. Reflecting on the empathy walk, I was able to identify with the person's need and point of view by looking back at my past experience. It feels strange that we can also do to others what was done to us in the past and so on reaching out to a person, you can relate of how it felt as the victim and the doer at the same time. It would feel getting a connection or a string in the situation of the conflict and understand what started the conflict and being able to harmonize with it to ourselves and others.

It isn't easy for me to picture myself as someone who is there for many many people in need. I dream of being someone who can help others in need, but maybe in the future. I feel like I have so much more to improve on myself. Meanwhile, I can empathize with some of these people, they just want to be free and be themselves in a world full of judgmental people. They need to see the world full of opportunities; a world full of growth.
